The Founders run stays gated until the sample proves the object: full-grain leather, painted edges, solid hardware, reliable NTAG215 NFC, and packaging that feels ready to gift.
Full-grain real leather only: not PU, not bonded, and not lower-grade "genuine leather."
Clean painted edges preferred over stitched-only finishing for the premium sample.
Embedded NTAG215 chip, never a visible sticker, tested through the leather and flap.

No. Thurr Tag is not GPS, AirTag, or active tracking. It is a premium NFC tap-to-connect tag.
It opens a Thurr URL that can show a profile, vCard, booking link, client message, or return contact page.
Modern iPhones and many Android phones read NFC. The box also includes a QR fallback for clean handoffs.
No ship date is promised yet. Production starts only after the sample passes and the validation gate is real.
